Our label creator is very easy to use. You will be guided through four easy steps to check-out. Read instructions carefully as you progress. If you have difficulty at any step of the process, click the back button and read the instructions again. You will be able to preview each step and once you're happy with your design you will be emailed a proof. If the proof is correct, click submit, choose your wines and check-out as usual.

Shipping

You can have your order shipped via UPS or pick up your custom label order at any Cooper's Hawk location. (Custom label orders may not be combined with other orders from our web site.)

Wine Club Members

Cooper's Hawk Wine Club members receive discounts on wine purchases. (Discounts do not apply to the cost of the label.)

10% discount on 1-5 Bottles
15% discount on 6-11 Bottles
20% discount on 12 or more

Please allow 7-10 business days for your Custom Label Order to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete.

We can only ship products with alcohol to the states listed below. You will not be able to complete a custom label purchase unless you are shipping to one of these states. If your state does not appear below, please call us at 888-440-WINE. A person 21 years of age must be available to sign for wine purchases shipped by UPS.
